Pure Lavender Oil with Glass Dropper and Roll-on Bottle

Product Description [Deodorant]: In a small spritzer spray bottle, mix up a 2% solution of lavender oil with water (12 drops per ounce). Add a few drops of botanic/castile soap to help the oil and water mix. Use as you would any spray deodorant, with no dilution, additions, or modifications, for the best results.

[Shampoo]: For fresher smelling hair and a clean, well-conditioned scalp, add a few drops of lavender oil to your shampoo bottle, and stir or shake well. For other hair care applications like masks or oils, a 1% or less dilution is recommended. For massage oils and leave-on body products, a 2% dilution is recommended, while a 3% dilution is ideal for rinse-off bath and body products.

[Shower]: To create a relaxing atmosphere in your shower, sprinkle a few drops of lavender oil on the shower floor or walls away from the direct stream of water. The heat and steam will vaporize the lavender, providing a calming experience. For a more invigorating shower, peppermint oil can be used. [Bath]: Add 5-10 drops of lavender oil to your running bath water, along with a little bath soap to aid in mixing the oil and water for a fragrant and soothing bath experience.

[Foot Bath]: Soak your feet in a warm water and 2% lavender oil solution. Add a few drops of botanic or castile soap to facilitate mixing, and optionally, some epsom salts. After soaking for five to ten minutes, gently brush around the cuticles and nails with a soft brush for added relaxation.

[Lip Balm]: Create your own chapstick for chapped lips or hands by mixing a few drops of lavender oil per teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil as a carrier. Warm the coconut oil for easier mixing.

[Facial Cleanse]: Brew a strong cup of your favorite herb tea, such as chamomile. Mix 1/4 cup of liquid castile soap, 1/2 teaspoon of olive, rosehip, or another light carrier oil, 10 drops of tea tree oil, and enough herb tea to total 4 ounces. Optionally, add several drops of vitamin E oil. Place the mixture in a pump or dispenser bottle. Work into a wet washcloth, cleanse the face, and rinse for a refreshing facial cleansing experience.
